Larkspur is an independent Pre-K–12 school where small classes, devoted teachers, and a love of learning help every student find their voice.

In 1962, four teachers opened Larkspur in a single stone hall with eleven students and a simple belief: children learn best when they are known, challenged, and loved.
Six decades later, that belief still shapes every classroom. Our campus has grown, but our classes are still small, our teachers still know every name, and curiosity is still the heart of the school day.
Questions come first. Students learn to wonder, investigate, and follow an idea wherever it leads.
Honesty, kindness, and responsibility are taught, practiced, and celebrated every day.
Families, teachers, and students build a school where everyone belongs and everyone contributes.
We encourage students to take risks, speak up, learn from mistakes, and try again.
Four divisions, one school. Each builds on the last, so students grow in confidence as they grow up.
